Raegan completed the Spring 2025 Mentorship & Shadow program, and I am truly so excited to introduce her. Below you can read more about her professional work, however, I'd like to introduce her the way I have gotten to know her, as both a trainer and human.

Raegan is an amazing dog trainer, I can say that easily right off the bat! She is incredibly intuitive about all things dog, and she is wonderful at reading each and every dog in front of her. She has a natural ease when handling any dog, and her confidence is evident in that. Any owner would truly be lucky to work with her! Additionally, Raegan is a down-to-earth, genuine human who I was thrilled to get to know more. It has been so exciting to see her business grow as she has grown as a trainer, and I am excited to see where she continues to go!

What do you love about dog training?

"How intuitive it is. Its hard to beat a silent round of leash work with a dog and you can feel it all click. The energy shifts, the leash feels different in your hand, its beautiful!"

Tell us about your journey with your own dogs!

"Lord. Vader put me THROUGH IT. I was not ready for a dog like him and he forced me to step up and get serious. I cried. Id get in the shower just to get a break from him. I was so frustrated and overwhelmed by his energy and drive. I did not like him when I first adopted him. But because of that, I now understand how a lot of my clients feel. He changed the entire way I trained dogs. All the focus I put on mindset it because of him. He's forced me to confront my own struggles with my own temper and perfectionism. He's softened me so much and ill forever thank him for that. Im a much better trainer because of him and I'm able to help more people because of him. And don't worry, I absolutely adore him now and want to spend ever ounce of free time I have with him 🥰."

What is your favorite kind of dog to work with?

''Breed -- I'll always favor bullies or any "power" breed. Basically any dog that looks mean, i love 😂

Temperament -- The shy guys. I love watching them grow in confidence and realize that the world isn't so scary. And i love seeing their families be able to go out and do fun things with them."

Since the Mentorship program has ended 4months ago, what are the biggest changes you have seen in your business?

"Boundaries! I don't do phone calls anymore and I can't believe the joy that gives me lol! I also raised my prices and restructured all of my packages. I have new trainer friends as well and its wonderful knowing that I can reach out to any of them for advice!"

Since the Mentorship program has ended 4months ago, what are the biggest changes you have seen in yourself?

"I'm more in tune with who I am as a trainer and the clients I want to attract. Im overall happier. Which is not an outcome I expected at all. But I feel more in alignment with who I am. Im booked months in advance which has never happened. The mentorship gave me a confidence that I didn't even realize I was lacking!"
