A Powerful Daily Routine

Creating a predictable daily routine is critical in our dog's success! Especially reactive, fearful, nervous, or chaotic dogs require clarity in their routine.

My biggest tip is to integrate place training and crate training as part of your everyday! And structure your life around it. For example, the dogs always go on place when I am doing my afternoon admin work. The dogs also always go on place when I do my at-home workout.

Here's my own schedule! Sometimes it fluctuates, especially depending on where my training dogs are at in their training, but mostly it stays the same daily. Notice I very much prioritize my mental health in the mornings. I can't suggest this enough! Prioritizing my health BEFORE getting the dogs up and out has helped me and the dogs regulate much, much better. PSSSSST, if you're needing help to integrate dog training and your mental health, check out the 30-day guide!
